Xfaang is a Warsaw software house that builds digital products end to end, from architecture to delivery, for companies that need engineering they can lean on rather than a one-off contractor. Its founder and CEO, Piotr Zientara, also runs the WarsawJS community and speaks at the festival. For Warsaw Glitch it built AI Referee, the experimental technology that scores Friday's live debate: it reads what the speakers say in real time, verifies the arguments and helps judge how the debate is going. Zientara describes himself as a Warsaw entrepreneur and engineer who bridges the tech community and business. Besides Xfaang he is co-founder of AskQL Technologies, co-owner of K MAG magazine and an investor in Stimy AI. As a co-founder of the WarsawJS Foundation he has led Warsaw's JavaScript community of more than 6,500 members for a decade, organised five editions of the ConfrontJS conference and founded Edukaton, a hackathon built around training new developers. He is a philosophy graduate of the University of Warsaw and mentors at Rails Girls and WarsawJS.
