Manifesto
Warsaw Glitch brings together filmmakers, animators and artists and the people building the new technology. One question connects them: how artificial intelligence is changing audiovisual production today, and where it belongs in creative work.
We believe technology should support the author, not replace them. No algorithm has vision, sensibility or a life lived, and none will tell a story that shows you one thing while it speaks about something far deeper. It is the author who gives an image its meaning, and the author who decides why a story is worth telling at all.
So Warsaw Glitch is, above all, a conversation: open and specific. You can ask a question directly and get an answer from creators, producers, lawyers, researchers and engineers. We talk about what AI can genuinely do, what it cannot, and what it changes in craft, in creators' rights, in production and in the future of the industry. You do not need to be a technology expert, and you do not need to believe that technology is the answer in itself.

Warsaw Presidential Hotel

Warsaw Glitch is, above all, a conversation about what artificial intelligence really changes in audiovisual production: in craft, in creators' rights and in the future of the industry. The first festival of its kind in Central and Eastern Europe, and one of the largest on the continent. Over three days it brings together 40+ guests from abroad, 120 panellists and 800+ people working in the audiovisual and technology industries. Competition screenings, showcases, pitching sessions, and the evenings where contacts turn into productions. All of it under one motto:
