Robert Gulaczyk joins the line-up: the actor from Loving Vincent, now chairing the Polish Actors' Union.

He took the ti­tle role in the first fea­ture paint­ed frame by frame, and since April 2025 he has chaired ZZAP for the 2025 to 2029 term. He speaks from where the terms of the pro­fes­sion are de­cid­ed: rates, con­sent, per­form­er­s' rights and what gen­er­a­tive tools do to a craft built on a face and a voice.

Film and theatre actor, known for the title role in Loving Vincent, the first feature painted frame by frame. Since April 2025 he has chaired the board of ZZAP, the Polish Actors' Union, for the 2025 to 2029 term, taking over from Maksymilian Rogacki. He represents the profession where the terms of the work are decided: pay and conditions, performers' rights, and what artificial intelligence is doing to a craft built on a human face and voice. He also sits on the board of the Creative Poland association.
