A live case study run on a real project. A documentary director and a cinematographer sit down over one specific film and decide in public: here AI goes in, here it does not, and here it goes in on a condition. These are not opinions about technology in general but decisions taken in front of the room, with reasons and with the risk those decisions carry for a film somebody funded and gave their time to.
