CHAPTER I. DEFINITIONS

• 1.Ticket – a virtual ticket containing a QR code confirming registration for the Event, depending on the nature of participation. The types of Tickets and the entitlements arising from them are available at https://warsawglitch.com/pl;
• 2.Personal data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (the “data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name and surname, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;
• 3.Registration Form – an electronic document available at https://warsawglitch.com/pl, by means of which Event Participants notify the Organiser of their wish to take part in the Event;
• 4.Entry Form – an electronic document available at https://filmfreeway.com/WarsawGlitch, by means of which Competition Participants notify the Organiser of their wish to take part in the Competition. Entries to the competition are also subject to the terms and the privacy policy available at https://filmfreeway.com;
• 5.Prize Provider – a Main Partner, Content Partner, Strategic Partner or Partner who has funded a non-cash prize in the Competition;
• 6.VIP Guest – a natural person invited to the Event by the Organiser;
• 7.Competition Jury – natural persons appointed by the Organiser who assess the Entries within the Warsaw Glitch Awards during the Event. The Organiser appoints a Chair of the Competition Jury from among its members;
• 8.Assessment Committee – natural persons appointed by the Organiser who assess the Entries submitted by Competition Participants to the Competition. The Organiser appoints a Chair of the Assessment Committee from among its members;
• 9.Competition – the process covered by these Terms and described in detail in Chapter VIII of these Terms, Competition Conditions;
• 10.Consumer – a consumer within the meaning of the Act of 23 April 1964, the Polish Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 795, as amended);
• 11.Organiser – GLITCH GROUP sp. z o.o.;
• 12.Main Partner – a public or private institution to which the Organiser has granted the status of Main Partner of the Event;
• 13.Content Partner – a natural person or a public or private institution to which the Organiser has granted the status of Content Partner;
• 14.Strategic Partner – a public or private institution to which the Organiser has granted the status of Strategic Partner;
• 15.Partner – a public or private institution to which the Organiser has granted the status of Partner of the Event;
• 16.Speaker – a natural person invited by the Organiser who, during the Event, delivers a talk, takes part in a panel discussion or runs a workshop;
• 17.Processing of personal data – an operation or set of operations performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction;
• 18.Terms – these Terms and Conditions of the Warsaw Glitch Event;
• 19.Work – a film work submitted to the Competition by a Competition Participant;
• 20.GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 2016.119.1);
• 21.Warsaw Glitch Awards – the presentation of the Entries selected by the Competition Jury, during the gala held as part of the Event;
• 22.Competition Participant – the representative of an Entry who has entered the Competition by submitting an Entry Form. By entering the Competition, a Competition Participant becomes at the same time an Event Participant, and therefore every reference in these Terms to a Competition Participant is also to be read as a reference to an Event Participant;
• 23.Event Participant – a natural person who holds a Ticket and takes part in the Event, including as a Partner, Speaker, VIP Guest or member of the media, having submitted a Registration Form. Depending on the nature of participation, taking part in the Event may be paid or free of charge;
• 1.Distance contract – a contract concluded with a Consumer within an organised system of distance contracting, without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, using exclusively one or more means of distance communication up to and including the moment the contract is concluded;
• 2.Event – Warsaw Glitch.

CHAPTER II. GENERAL INFORMATION

• 1.These Terms set out the rules for taking part in the Event organised by the Organiser.
• 2.The date and venue of the Event will be published at https://warsawglitch.com/pl. If the Event cannot be held, the Organiser will decide to change its date, to amend these Terms or to cancel the Event.
• 3.If the Organiser finds that any condition of participation in the Event has been breached, in particular in the case of unlawful conduct, breach of these Terms, or harm to the good name of the Organiser or of Event Participants, the Organiser has the right to reject an Event Participant's registration immediately and irrevocably and to exclude that person from the Event.
• 4.Unless these Terms provide otherwise, they are binding on all Event Participants. In case of doubt, an Event Participant is any person who has expressed the wish to enter the venue where the Event takes place and who has been admitted to it.
• 5.Only an adult may be an Event Participant. Where a person under 18 is allowed to take part in the Event, their legal guardian is responsible for that person's compliance with these Terms.
• 6.All rights to the Entries presented by Competition Participants as part of the Event remain the property of the individual Competition Participants and do not pass to the Organiser, the Partners or other Event Participants.
• 7.Should a third party raise any claim concerning ownership of copyright in the Entries presented by Competition Participants as part of the Event, the Competition Participant who presented the Entry in question bears full liability for infringement of that third party's property and rights, to the exclusion of the Organiser.
• 8.By taking part in the Event, a Competition Participant declares that they do not and will not breach the provisions of any agreement or the rights of third parties, including patents, copyright, trade secrets, trademarks, publicity rights or personal rights, and that they will not disclose, in breach of applicable law, any confidential or proprietary information concerning another person or entity.
• 9.By submitting an Entry through the Entry Form and during the Event, a Competition Participant agrees that this information may be exchanged, commented on and circulated during the Event and after it ends, subject to Chapter VI, point 1, sub-point 6), third indent.
• 10.A Competition Participant acknowledges that the information submitted as part of the Event is intended to promote the Entry and is not confidential.

CHAPTER III. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

• 1.Registration for the Event, depending on the nature of participation in the Event, takes place as follows:
• 1)in the case of an Event Participant, by purchasing a Ticket and completing the Registration Form available at https://warsawglitch.com/pl, where payment is handled through the Stripe payment system. Ticket prices and the entitlements arising from them are published at https://warsawglitch.com/pl. The Ticket is generated immediately after payment has been made;
• 2)in the case of an Event Participant who is a Main Partner, Content Partner, Strategic Partner, Partner, Speaker, VIP Guest, member of the Assessment Committee, member of the Competition Jury or Media Partner, by submitting the Registration Form provided by the Organiser in electronic form. The Ticket is generated immediately after the Registration Form has been submitted;
• 3)in the case of Competition Participants, through the registration system, by means of the Entry Form available at https://warsawglitch.com/pl. Submitting an Entry Form does not amount to receiving a Ticket for the Event.
• 2.The Organiser reserves that the entitlements of Event Participants in the case referred to in point 1, sub-point 1) above may differ from the entitlements of the Event Participants referred to in point 1, sub-points 2) and 3) above.
• 3.The Organiser reserves the right to run dedicated promotional campaigns consisting in the release of a pool of free Tickets for the Event or in the introduction of discount codes. The Organiser reserves that free Tickets released as part of dedicated promotional campaigns may carry entitlements different from those of the Tickets referred to in point 1, sub-points 1), 2) or 3) above.
• 4.An Event Participant is given access to an individual profile/account in the Event registration system, to which they may add, among other things, a photograph, and through which they may communicate with other Event Participants and use the entitlements arising from the Ticket they hold.
• 5.The Organiser will specify, in the Registration Form for Event Participants and in the Entry Form for Competition Participants, the information required to register for the Event or to take part in the Competition.
• 6.Taking part in the Event means that the Event Participant accepts the provisions of these Terms.
• 7.By registering for the Event or entering the Competition, a Distance contract is concluded between the Organiser and the Event Participant.
• 8.The Event Participant referred to in point 1, sub-point 1) above purchases a Ticket by clicking the relevant field indicating an instruction to buy a ticket (for example “Buy ticket”) at https://warsawglitch.com/pl.
• 9.The Organiser informs that Tickets for the Event are sold by the Organiser at https://warsawglitch.com/pl, where payments are handled through the Stripe payment system operated by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.
• 10.The Organiser informs that the forms of payment for a Ticket are determined by the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. referred to in point 9 above.
• 11.The Organiser is not liable for the execution and security of transactions carried out by the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., including for the entry by the Ticket buyer of a payment card number on other websites through which the payment is made. The execution and security of payment card transactions carried out on the payment operator's websites are the responsibility of that payment operator in accordance with its own terms.
• 12.The buyer of a Ticket has no right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Organiser, pursuant to Article 38(12) of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1796, as amended), which provides that the right to withdraw from distance contracts does not apply to a Consumer in relation to, among others, contracts for the provision of services connected with leisure, entertainment, sports or cultural events, where the contract specifies the day or period of performance.
• 13.Subject to the provisions of these Terms or of separate agreements, and to the extent permitted by law, the Organiser is not liable for damage suffered by an Event Participant in connection with taking part in the Event or with withdrawing from it, and in particular the Organiser is not liable for an Event Participant being unable to take part in the Event as a result of force majeure or for reasons attributable to the Event Participant.
• 14.The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or shorten the Event or to change its date or agenda in the case of force majeure preventing the Event from being held, the risk of regulations being introduced that would prevent the Event from being held, or a threat to the life or health of Event Participants. In these cases, to the extent permitted by law and subject to the provisions of these Terms or of a separate agreement, the Organiser is not liable for damage suffered by Event Participants as a result of the cancellation or change of the Event date, including costs of transport or hotel bookings. Nor is the Organiser obliged in such a case to refund fees already paid for bookings of packages, places or other services.
• 15.Cancellation or a change of the date or venue of the Event due to force majeure does not constitute cancellation or a change of the date of the Event for reasons attributable to the Organiser. In the situation described in the preceding sentence, the Event is deemed not to have taken place because of force majeure.
• 16.Any complaint concerning the exercise of Event Participants' rights connected with taking part in the Event may be submitted to the Organiser no later than 3 days after the Event ends or after the day on which the Event was to end, and no later than 3 days after the circumstance giving rise to the complaint occurred.
• 17.All complaints and claims connected with the organisation and course of the Event should be addressed to the Organiser: by email to contact@warsawglitch.com or by post to ul. Gen. Romana Abrahama 12/47, 03-984 Warsaw.
• 18.The Organiser undertakes to reply to a complaint within 30 days of receiving it. If no reply is given within that period, the complaint is deemed to be justified.
• 19.Where a complaint is justified, the Organiser will refund to the Event Participant the costs they incurred in acquiring the Ticket.
• 20.The refund will be made to the bank account indicated by the Event Participant in the correspondence concerning the complaint.
• 21.An Event Participant who is a Consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures. Detailed information on the possibility for an Event Participant who is a Consumer to use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, and on access to those procedures, is available at the offices and on the websites of district (municipal) consumer ombudsmen, of social organisations whose statutory tasks include consumer protection, of Provincial Inspectorates of the Trade Inspection, and on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (www.uokik.gov.pl). An Event Participant who is a Consumer may use the online dispute resolution platform (ODR) available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

CHAPTER IV. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS

• 1.Depending on the Ticket held by the Event Participant, the Organiser provides the Event Participant with access to the relevant parts of the venue where the Event takes place, and with a form of participation and of contact with other Event Participants appropriate to the nature of the Event.
• 2.An Event Participant is liable for damage caused during the Event by their act or omission. Where such damage is covered by the Organiser, the Organiser has a right of recourse against the Event Participant who caused it.
• 3.The Organiser is not responsible for securing the belongings or property of Event Participants, including their theft, damage or destruction during the Event.
• 4.The Organiser is not liable for the consequences of an Event Participant failing to comply with the rules set out in these Terms.
• 5.Event Participants are obliged to comply with the safety rules and with the health and safety and fire regulations in force at the venue where the Event is held.
• 6.Event Participants undertake to observe the basic rules of community life and to respect the property located at the venue, the property of the Organiser and that of other Event Participants.
• 7.Event Participants are obliged to follow the recommendations and instructions of the Organiser and of the persons indicated by the Organiser as taking part in the delivery of the Event.
• 8.Event Participants are prohibited from bringing in or possessing weapons or other dangerous objects, explosives, pyrotechnic articles, fire-hazardous materials, alcoholic drinks, narcotics or psychotropic substances, and any other dangerous materials capable of causing a fire, the destruction of the Organiser's property or harm to the health of Event Participants.
• 9.Persons who are intoxicated, under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, and persons who pose a threat to public order are prohibited from entering the Event.
• 10.Where theft, destruction or improper use of property located at the venue where the Event is held is suspected, the Organiser reserves the right to report the matter to the competent authorities, including the Police.
• 11.The Organiser reserves the right to exclude from participation in the Event any person who does not follow the instructions of the Organiser or of the persons taking part in the delivery of the Event, is under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, behaves aggressively towards others, disrupts the course of the Event, does not comply with these Terms, in any other way creates even a potential threat to the safety of persons or property, or has brought onto the venue of the Event the items specified in point 8 above. Where an Event Participant is excluded from the Event, that Event Participant has no claims in this respect.

CHAPTER V. COURSE OF THE EVENT

• 1.The detailed course of the Event is set out in the Event agenda available at https://warsawglitch.com/pl.
• 2.The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the Event agenda and to the course of the Event, both before it takes place and while it is under way.
• 3.Where the Event agenda or the course of the Event changes, the Organiser will inform Event Participants immediately after the decision is taken, by updating the Event agenda available at https://warsawglitch.com/pl.
• 4.The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Event or to change its date and venue in the case of force majeure, including an epidemic or a state of epidemic threat and the related restrictions, or acts of war. Where the course of the Event or the Event agenda changes (including through cancellation or shortening), the Organiser is not liable for damage caused by the cancellation or the change of the Event date. In such a case the Organiser is not obliged to refund the costs incurred by Event Participants.
• 5.The Organiser reserves the right to verify the identity of an Event Participant before entry to the Event.
• 6.The Organiser may hold workshops for Event Participants during the Event. The number of places at each workshop is limited and participation is decided by order of registration. Registration for a workshop takes place through a link sent by the Organiser, and participation may be limited to a number of workshops set by the organiser. The Organiser will announce the workshop topics at https://warsawglitch.com/pl and on the Event's social media.
• 7.Each Event Participant will receive, on the day of the Event, a badge showing the following information: the Event Participant's name and surname, the name of the entity represented, and the form of participation in the Event specified in the Registration Form.
• 8.The badge must be worn visibly throughout the Event.
• 9.The badge serves to ensure that Event Participants are properly attended to during the Event according to the nature of their participation, in particular as regards the appropriate entitlements and access to individual parts of the venue where the Event is held.
• 10.Epidemic requirements connected with participation in the Event may change, depending on the regulations in force at the time.
• 11.The Event has the character of a debate. Speakers, VIP Guests and other Event Participants who take the floor speak in their own name and exercise freedom of expression. The views, opinions, assessments and statements they present, including views that are controversial or disputed, are not the position of the Organiser and are neither endorsed nor contested by the Organiser, who treats the persons taking the floor as autonomous.
• 12.The Organiser is not liable for the content presented by Speakers and by other persons taking the floor during the Event, including for whether that content is accurate, and does not carry out a prior substantive review of it. Liability for the content of a statement, including for any infringement of the rights of third parties, rests with the person who made it. The foregoing does not exclude or limit the Organiser's liability to the extent that it cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory provisions of law.
• 13.The Organiser provides a space for the exchange of views and remains neutral in that respect. Where, however, the content presented is unlawful, in particular where it incites the commission of an offence, incites hatred or violence, or constitutes an insult or defamation, the Organiser notifies the competent authorities and is entitled to interrupt the statement, to remove the item concerned from the Event agenda and to exclude the person concerned from participation in the Event.

CHAPTER VI. PERSONAL DATA AND IMAGE

• 1.Personal data obtained in connection with participation in the Event will be processed according to the rules set out below:

On the basis of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (the “GDPR”), we set out below basic information on how we obtain and process personal data.

• 1.Controller

Your personal data are processed by the Controller, that is:

GLITCH GROUP sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Gen. Romana Abrahama 12/47, 03-984 Warsaw.

• 2.Purposes and legal bases for processing personal data

We will process your personal data on the following bases:

• 1.Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – in order to organise the Event, and in particular to register Event Participants, including Competition Participants;
• 2.Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – in order to comply with legal obligations arising from tax and accounting rules, payroll and HR rules, accounting legislation (the Accounting Act) and archiving rules;
• 3.Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Article 398 of the Act of 12 July 2024, Electronic Communications Law (Journal of Laws 2024.1221, as amended) – where you have consented to receive information about the current activities undertaken within GLITCH GROUP sp. z o.o.;
• 4.Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – in order to pursue our legitimate interest consisting in direct marketing of our products and services;
• 5.Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – in order to carry out statistical research on Event Participants;
• 6.Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – in order to pursue our legitimate interest consisting in the possible establishment, exercise or defence of claims and the pursuit of our rights;
• 7.Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Article 81(1) of the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights (Journal of Laws 2025.24, as amended) – in order to process your image on the basis of separately given consent;
• 8.Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – in order to process the video material and/or pitch deck attached to the Entry Form by a Competition Participant.
• 3.Recipients of personal data

The recipients of your personal data may be:

• 1.the competent authorities or third parties who request such information on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with applicable law;
• 2.entities cooperating with us in delivering the Event, where the categories of such recipients may include, for example, IT service providers, including entities operating the system that enables registration for the Event or for the Competition held as part of the Event, and entities handling Ticket sales, providers of postal or courier services, providers of legal advice and debt collection services, as well as our Partners, Main Partners, Strategic Partners, Content Partners, Prize Providers, members of the Assessment Committee and of the Competition Jury;
• 3.social media operators, online news portals, radio and television broadcasters.
• 4.How long we will process your personal data

Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes indicated in point 2:

• 1.as regards performance of the contract, until it ends, after which personal data will be processed for the period required by law for us to fulfil our legal obligations or for the period necessary to pursue, establish or defend possible claims;
• 2.as regards the pursuit of our legitimate interests, personal data will be processed until an objection you raise to the processing is upheld;
• 3.where processing is based on consent you have given, personal data are processed until that consent is withdrawn. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
• 5.Voluntary only

Providing your personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary in order to take part in the Event.

• 6.Your rights in connection with the processing of personal data

You may exercise your rights concerning personal data arising from the GDPR against each of us.

You have the right to:

• 1.request access to your personal data, including information about their processing (Article 15 GDPR);
• 2.have your data rectified or completed if they are inaccurate or incomplete (Article 16 GDPR);
• 3.request erasure of your data (the right to be forgotten) where there is no basis for processing them or where consent to their processing has been withdrawn (Article 17 GDPR);
• 4.request restriction of processing where the data are inaccurate or unnecessary, are processed without a legal basis, or where an objection has been raised to processing based on the controller's legitimate interest (Article 18 GDPR);
• 5.receive and transfer your personal data in a structured, commonly used format, in the case of data provided to the controller and processed on the basis of consent (Article 20 GDPR);
• 6.object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. In that case we will no longer process your personal data for those purposes, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or grounds for the establishment, exercise or defence of claims;
• 7.object at any time to the processing of your personal data where they are processed for direct marketing purposes, in which case we will no longer process your personal data for those purposes;
• 8.lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR. The supervisory authority in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. S. Moniuszki 1A, Warsaw;
• 9.withdraw consent to the processing of personal data where your personal data are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
• 7.Transfers of data to third countries or international organisations

In our core personal data processing operations your data will not be processed outside the EEA. Your data may be processed outside the EEA (in the territory of the United States) only where the Gridaly application's technical support chat, based on the Intercom tool, is used. We note that Intercom is on the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) list, https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/list, and that the basis for processing personal data outside the EEA is the implementing decision finding an adequate level of protection of personal data ensured by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Under that decision, the United States and the European Union have agreed on the possibility of data from the EEA being processed by entities established in the United States.

• 8.Profiling and automated decision-making

No decisions concerning your personal data will be taken by automated means within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

• 9.How to obtain information about the processing of data

All correspondence on matters connected with the processing of your personal data should be sent to: contact@warsawglitch.com.

• 1.The Organiser may record and capture the course of the Event for documentary, reporting, advertising and promotional purposes of the Organiser, also in future years.
• 2.The course of the Event will be captured photographically and by audio/video equipment by the Organiser or by entities acting on its behalf, and may be broadcast on radio, on television or by other means enabling public communication in such a way that anyone may access it at a place and time of their choosing (for example on the Internet on the YouTube channel). Participation in the Event is public, and therefore a Participant's figure or image, captured as part of a larger whole, may be documented intentionally or incidentally in photographs, sound or film, and the materials so obtained may be disseminated by the Organiser and by representatives of the press, radio and television for information and promotional purposes connected with the Event and with the Organiser's activity (including through the websites run by the Organiser, https://warsawglitch.com/pl), by email, through social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, within the profiles run by the Organiser) and in the printed press. Regardless of the above, the course of the Event may also be monitored for security reasons.
• 3.The recording and other materials documenting the course of the Event may be subject, by the Organiser or by entities acting on its behalf, to electronic processing, cropping and composition, and may be combined with other recordings and materials, supplemented with accompanying commentary, cut, edited, modified and added to other materials created for documentary, reporting, advertising and promotional purposes of the Organiser. Participation in the Event is equivalent to the Event Participant granting the Organiser consent to capture, transmit and disseminate the Event Participant's image free of charge and without limitation in time or territory, for the purposes of documenting, reporting on, advertising and promoting the Event and the Organiser in future years, on all known fields of exploitation, including the fields of exploitation set out in Article 50 of the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 24, as amended).
• 4.As regards Speakers, members of the Programme Board, members of the Competition Jury and Competition Participants selected in the Competition who are to be honoured during the Warsaw Glitch Awards, making an image available to the Organiser (depending on the nature of participation in the Event), in the form of, among others, an individual photograph, biography, graphic or recording, takes place on the basis of consent given in advance in written form under separate provisions.
• 5.The consent referred to in point 3 above additionally covers: (a) the dissemination of materials containing the Participant's image in the Organiser's promotional and marketing activities relating to subsequent editions of the Event, including in trailers, reports, summaries and audiovisual materials; (b) the Organiser's right to grant further authorisations to use such materials to the Event's partners, sponsors and media patrons, solely to the extent of promoting the Event or the Organiser's activity and without the right to transfer that authorisation further; (c) the use of the materials in the Event's archive and for documentary and reporting purposes, including towards financing, funding and patronage bodies.
• 6.The Participant may withdraw the consent referred to in points 3 and 5 at any time by a statement sent to contact@warsawglitch.com. Withdrawal takes effect for the future and does not affect the lawfulness of dissemination carried out before it was received, nor materials whose withdrawal from circulation is impossible or would require disproportionate effort, in particular materials already placed in public circulation by third parties.

CHAPTER VII. COMPETITION CONDITIONS

• 1.The organiser of the Competition is GLITCH GROUP sp. z o.o.
• 2.The Competition is intended for Competition Participants who meet the conditions set out at https://filmfreeway.com/WarsawGlitch and who:
• 1)submit a competition entry
• 2)and make the required declarations set out in the Entry Form.
• 3.The selection of Competition winners is a single-stage process.
• 4.A Competition Participant enters the Competition by completing the Entry Form and attaching the film they have made, within the deadline set by the Organiser and published at https://filmfreeway.com/WarsawGlitch.
• 5.The Organiser reserves the right to extend the deadline for submitting Entry Forms, of which it will give notice at https://filmfreeway.com/WarsawGlitch.
• 6.The Organiser reserves the right to reject a Competition Participant's Entry Form where it does not meet the requirements set by the Organiser, in particular where it breaches the rules of community life, the law or good practice, that is, for example, where it contains content infringing the rights of third parties or content considered offensive, vulgar or indecent. The Organiser will give the Competition Participant the opportunity to complete a submitted Entry Form where it is found to contain gaps or inconsistencies that make assessment impossible.
• 7.Within the deadline set by the Organiser at https://filmfreeway.com/WarsawGlitch, and on the basis of the Entry Forms submitted by Competition Participants, the Assessment Committee will select the Entries to be awarded during the Event. The Organiser reserves the right to change the number of Entries.
• 8.The selection of Entries referred to in point 7 above is made on the basis of a ranking list taking into account the total number of votes given to individual Entries under the “YES”/“NO” rule, where each “YES” means 1 point and each “NO” means 0 points. Where two or more Entries obtain the same number of points, the Chair of the Assessment Committee decides on the order of places.
• 9.The decision of the Assessment Committee is final and no appeal lies against it.
• 10.The Event agenda, together with the time of the Warsaw Glitch Awards, will be announced before the Event at https://warsawglitch.com/pl.
• 11.If a Competition Participant withdraws from taking part in the Warsaw Glitch Awards, the Organiser may award, at the Warsaw Glitch Awards, the next Entry with the highest total number of points.
• 12.The maximum value of a cash prize in the Competition is USD 1,000 and it is reserved for the main award, the Golden Glitch Grand Prix. All other prizes in the Competition are non-cash prizes, in particular credits and services provided by Prize Providers and Partners, entries and credits for the GenJam hackathons, and other non-monetary benefits. The total prize pool published by the Organiser includes the value of non-cash prizes.
• 13.The value of cash and non-cash prizes does not include taxes and other public levies arising from receipt of the prize. The obligation to pay those taxes and other public levies rests with the Competition winner, unless the Prize Provider covers them. The Organiser is not the payer of those taxes and other public levies arising from receipt of prizes.
• 14.The Organiser or the Prize Provider reserves the right to award additional non-cash prizes in the Competition to a selected Entry or Entries which entered the Competition and which the Organiser or a Partner considers valuable. The value of such an additional non-cash prize does not include taxes and other public levies arising from receipt of the prize. The obligation to pay those taxes and other public levies rests with the winner of that prize, unless the Prize Provider covers them. The Organiser is not the payer of those taxes and other public levies arising from receipt of the prize.
• 15.In matters concerning the course of the Competition that are not regulated in these Terms, decisions are taken by the Organiser.

CHAPTER VIII. TICKET RESALE, USE OF THE WEBSITE AND BRANDS

• 1.Tickets are personal (issued to a named holder). Resale or transfer of a Ticket to another person is permitted only with the Organiser’s prior consent. The Organiser may introduce ticket pools, time-limited offers, discounts and free admission for designated groups (e.g. free entry for students of partner universities), on the conditions described for each Ticket; free Tickets are not exchangeable for cash.
• 2.The names, logotypes and brands WARSAW GLITCH, GL1TCH, Intellectual Property Awards / Glitch Awards, International Producers Forum, Glitch Academy and Pixel Zone, together with related identification, are proprietary names, trademarks and reserved brands of the Organiser (or used by it under licence) and are protected by law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved to the Organiser.
• 3.The WARSAW GLITCH brand, the names and marks listed in point 2 above, the layout and content of the Website, texts, graphics, photographs, recordings, programme materials and festival materials are the exclusive property of the Organiser or are used by it under licence and are protected by law. Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly making available or commercially exploiting any elements of the Website or Festival without the Organiser’s prior written consent is prohibited, save within the limits of permitted use under mandatory law. The user must use the Website lawfully, must not provide unlawful content, must not circumvent security measures, must not access restricted areas without authorisation, and must not scrape data without consent. Films and works shown at the Festival remain the property of their rights holders.

CHAPTER IX. FINAL PROVISIONS

• 1.The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms. Amendments will be made by the Organiser by publishing the new wording of the Terms at https://warsawglitch.com/pl.
• 2.The Terms enter into force on the day they are published at https://warsawglitch.com/pl.
• 3.In matters not regulated in these Terms, Polish law applies, in particular the Act of 23 April 1964, the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 795, as amended).
