Underground: Best Fashion Video at Warsaw Glitch 2026
Underground, directed by Ock Jae-kyung from South Korea, is the winner of Best Fashion Video at the Ground Zero Edition.
Fashion film sits somewhere between cinema, design, performance and visual culture. The strongest works do more than present clothes: they build an atmosphere, a point of view and a world around them. This year's category brought together three very different approaches to fashion storytelling, from raw underground energy to handcrafted visual imagination and more conceptual explorations of image and identity.
Underground stood out for its strong visual identity, attitude and immersive fashion language. Dark, bold and uncompromising, the film turns underground culture into a complete cinematic environment rather than simply using it as a backdrop.
Second place went to Handcrafted Dreams by Lucile Lebreton (France), a visually refined film built around craftsmanship, texture and imagination, which transforms fashion into something tactile and dreamlike and celebrates the human touch behind image and design. Third place went to A Creative Journey to Our End by Jonathan Carene (France), a conceptual fashion piece that treats styling and image-making as part of a larger artistic journey, pushing beyond the conventional boundaries of the fashion film.
