Popcorn
AI video production · Gold partner · Gold
Popcorn is an AI showrunner: one agent takes a brief and returns finished short-form video, script, voiceover, captions and edit included, on brand every time. Publishers, e-learning platforms, game studios and podcast producers use it to keep whole channels fed without adding a production team, and every episode goes through human review before it publishes. Founded by Adi Sideman. The company presents its agent, Pop, as a chief video officer that turns briefs, launches and existing content into on-brand ads, demos and social videos, and it takes requests in a chat, such as turning a brief into a thirty-second demo. The formats on its site show the range: a newsletter on the creator economy retold as video, highlights of an interview with an Electronic Arts co-founder, a recurring financial news show for retail investors with a fixed host and set, written source material such as reports and op-eds turned into something watchable, a mini series on forgotten First World War battles, and serial stories cut for a vertical feed. Sideman is a pioneer of participatory media who founded Oddcast, known for Elf Yourself, and launched the live platform YouNow. Popcorn also powered the festival's Machine Cinema GenJam in the programme.
