What is Warsaw Glitch?

Warsaw Glitch is an international film and digital festival exploring cinema, animation, internet-native storytelling and emerging creative technologies. It brings together filmmakers, artists, producers, studios, educators, technologists and audiences interested in how moving images are changing.

When and where is Warsaw Glitch 2026?

Warsaw Glitch takes place August 28-30, 2026 in Warsaw, Poland. The festival brings together screenings, talks, workshops, competitions, industry events and special evening formats across the venue.

Entry to the open zone, screenings, the Academy, creator talks and open panels, is free with registration, and places are limited. The International Producers Forum is a separate, paid industry pass. Full details are on the Tickets page.

How do I submit a film or project?

Submissions are handled through the official Submit a Film page. Current categories, eligibility requirements, deadlines and technical delivery details are available there.

Is Warsaw Glitch only about AI?

No. The festival explores cinema and moving-image culture broadly. AI-supported work is one part of the conversation, alongside animation, film craft, internet-native formats, technology, authorship, visual culture and the future of production.

Who's on stage

Caroline Thireau

Creative Technologist · Educator

Creative technologist and workflow designer who builds creative processes end to end: video pipelines and content factories on node-based systems. Since 2023 she has been testing and documenting emerging generative AI tools in newsletters, magazine articles, interviews, livestreams and hackathons, in France and abroad. She works as a beta tester and creative partner with leading AI platforms, and represents the French creative AI scene internationally, bringing back to it what she learns on the way.

Sylvain Perret

Creative Technologist · Founder

A creative technologist and brand architect with over twenty-five years across the US, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. He co-founded one of Geneva's first digital agencies, working for Tag Heuer and Ray-Ban, and founded TakeHollywood, a Los Angeles rich-media platform that produced over 150 hours of original programming with Sophia Loren, Lauren Bacall and Robin Wright. Today he runs BakingSoda in Dubai, building AI-native brand and growth systems for the Gulf market.

Marc Horgues

Creative Director · Founder

Co-founder and creative director of OKCC, a creative and innovation agency in Paris. He runs AI strategy and generative content production for global brands, among them Louis Vuitton, L'Oréal, Chanel, Hennessy, Meta and Google. OKCC was selected for the LVMH Innovation Award and picked to represent France in the French delegation at SXSW 2026, and has collected a run of awards over the past five years. His subject is the part nobody photographs: how a generative pipeline survives a client, a deadline and a brand book.

Monsieur Moyen

Director · Filmmaker

Film director based in Paris. He came out of traditional filmmaking and today works exclusively as an AI director, testing what new visual narratives hold up, across open-source and proprietary tools alike. He is represented by the Bangger agency and belongs to the French collective Prompt Club, which has recently run Paris events around Kling and Dreamina. He is one of those directors for whom the change of tool did not mean a change of craft: the same question about the shot, asked to a different machine.
