Topaz Labs builds the finishing tools a lot of this work quietly ends on: Gigapixel for enlarging stills, Photo AI for cleaning them up, and Video AI for footage, where it upscales to 4K and beyond, removes noise and grain, deinterlaces old broadcast material and interpolates frames for slow motion. Restoration teams use it to bring archive material up to a modern screen, and generative filmmakers use it for the opposite reason: models still deliver clips that are soft, short and low-resolution, and this is the pass that turns them into something you can hand over.
