WG 2026 / Schools & Groups

Schools & Groups

Bring a class, a film school or a group to Warsaw Glitch. We put together a guided daytime route through screenings, animation and Academy demos: a public audience experience, kept separate from the industry programme, with a dedicated coordinator and group rates.

How to book

  1. Write to the coordinator

One address for schools, universities and student groups. Send the size of the group, the age of the participants and your preferred dates. We reply within two to three business days.

    festival@warsawglitch.com
  2. You get a rate and a route

We come back with the group rate in PLN, the minimum group size and a daytime route matched to the age of the group. Discounted group pricing is quoted per booking, not off a price list.

  3. Invoice to the school

We issue a VAT invoice to the school or organisation. Payment terms, VAT treatment and the sale channel are confirmed together with the booking.

What the group gets

  • A guided daytime route

A curated path through screenings, animation and Academy demonstrations, planned to keep the group away from industry-only sessions and after-dark titles.

  • Age guidance per session

Daytime screenings and animation suit younger audiences; some evening titles are for adults. Every session carries its own age guidance, so nothing lands on the route by accident.

  • Step-free access

The Palace of Culture and Science can be entered without stairs. Tell us about access needs when booking and we plan the route around them.

  • The public festival, not the industry one

School and group access is the audience experience. The Industry Zone, the Producers Forum, VIP and pitching are a separate programme, open to accredited industry guests only.

Group rate, minimum group size, VAT treatment and sale channel are confirmed at booking.
