A film producer and entrepreneur whose executive experience is matched by hands-on command of the entire production chain: raising the money, building the team, holding the budget, then post-production and release.

He has produced two features on his own, Bachelor Party and Influencer Girl. Both opened in Polish cinemas in 2024 and went on to Netflix. He learned the trade on sets run by, among others, Patryk Vega.

His work leans on new technology, on rethinking how a production is put together, and on bringing younger talent through. He looks for projects that carry artistic value and commercial potential at once, and that have something to say about the world around them. He is CEO of Instytut Filmowy S.A.

Kamil Przelecki

A producer and production manager whose credits include Andrzej Wajda's Oscar-nominated Katyń and Revenge, and Michał Kwieciński's Extras. An economic expert for the Polish Film Institute and co-author of its feature budget template, he teaches production at the Wajda School and the film schools in Warsaw and Gdynia. In 2005 he released the first Polish feature simultaneously in cinemas and online, and a year later founded the country's first legal film distribution portal.

Krzysztof Solek

A film producer and line producer specialising in international productions shot in Poland. He is the founder and co-founder of Film Poland Productions, Warrior Bear Productions and Arbor Films.

He has worked on productions including Paul W.S. Anderson's In the Lost Lands with Milla Jovovich and Dave Bautista, Barbarians for Netflix, Perfect Addiction, The Interpreter of Silence / Deutsches Haus for Disney+ and Parallel Me for Paramount+. On the first season of The Witcher he ran production on the Polish part of the final episode.

He is the producer of Legacy of Lies and of the documentary My Home India, and a co-producer of The Last Witness. For years he has also been building international film cooperation, including between Poland and the Indian film industry.

Before he moved into producing he was a professional dancer and spent many years working outside Poland. He came to film through photography and work with the image, and from there into producing the largest international projects shot in the region.
