The American lawyer who wrote the rules for an industry that did not exist yet. Founding partner of Vicente LLP, he helped draft Colorado's Amendment 64 and co-authored the Natural Medicine Health Act, two laws that built a regulated market from zero. Law Week Colorado named him a Lawyer of the Year for 2025.
