Architecture and Real Estate: a new band of partners, with Extract, Pratum and Trzop Architekci.

Extract has worked out of Berlin and Warsaw since 2001, where corporate identity meets building. Pratum builds low-rise developments in Masuria. Trzop Architekci is a Warsaw practice of twenty-five, with offices for Microsoft, Google and L'Oréal behind it. Three practices for whom a space is a product, which is exactly the conversation this festival keeps having about images.

Extract's portfolio runs through cinema chains, hotels, restaurants, banks and public institutions, among them Regal Cinemas, Helios, Cinema City and the tourism branding of São Tomé e Príncipe. Trzop Architekci was founded in 2007 by Bartosz Trzop, and the practice's work also includes offices for McKinsey, CMS and OLX Group and workspaces for Mindspace and Brain Embassy. Pratum's developments stand in Mikołajki, above Lake Tałty, and in Mrągowo.

The band had its own panel at the festival. On Friday 28 August at 15:00, in the WarsawJS room, Bartosz Trzop and Emilia Dudzińska, a doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Architecture of the Warsaw University of Technology working on BIM, discussed what generative tools are doing to architecture in Architects of Reality.
