Dutch-Polish television and film producer, director and entrepreneur, founder, owner and chief executive of Jake Vision and Jake Vision DGA Studio, which together make up one of the leading independent production groups in Poland. The group works with the biggest broadcasters and platforms on the Polish market, Polsat, TVN, TVP and CANAL+ among them, and with international format owners, developing and producing entertainment, reality, premium scripted series and feature films.

He runs the company and stays hands-on at the same time, as producer, executive producer, creative director and format director, present on his own shoots. Years of directing are the foundation of how he works: format development and local adaptation, creative direction, the dramaturgy and construction of a show, casting, editorial decisions, studio direction, set design, the concept for light and cameras, rehearsals and the shoot itself.

Born in The Hague and a graduate of the Łódź Film School, he was head director at Endemol Polska and spent eight years directing at TVN. He founded Jake Vision in 2011. He has a long history with Dancing with the Stars, having directed many seasons before the group took over producing it for Polsat, and with Milionerzy, the Polish Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, where he directed hundreds of episodes and then moved into producing; Jake Vision makes the current run for Polsat. The company also produces the Polish adaptation of The Traitors and, in 2026, two seasons of Kocham Cię, Polsko! for TVP2. Behind it are nine seasons of Love Island, Ninja Warrior Polska, Top Chef, Hell's Kitchen and Must Be the Music.
