THE HUMAN FACE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, SPONSORED BY CAISTING AI
Setting the standard for safe and ethical likeness licensing in AI productions
An hour on working with human likeness in AI production, legally and safely. Michał Pronobis-Proński (cAIsting.ai) takes the client's view: what brands and agencies are risking and how casting, licensing and talent payouts in one catalogue turn that risk into peace of mind. Łukasz Klimkiewicz (Taifun) shows how generative characters are made and labelled. Tomek Okulicz (AIVisioLab) looks at how AI is changing film professions. No end-of-the-industry visions: working solutions and a place for people.
- The grey zone: what brands and agencies are risking today

cAIsting.ai is a Polish platform for licensed digital likenesses for advertising. Beyond digital twins, the faces of specific real people, it builds synthetic characters: new likenesses composed of traits from several people, unlike any one of them. Every piece of content featuring a digital face is machine-marked using the C2PA standard, with the mark tied to a specific license. A character from the catalog is therefore not an anonymous image, but an auditable digital identity with a documented chain of provenance. We design the production process around the obligations set out in the AI Act regarding the labeling of AI-generated content. The platform features only faces backed by a contract, compensation, and a verified person's informed consent. The technology behind it is built by the studio Taifun: its tech lead and software architect, Łukasz Klimkiewicz, builds the backend and generative pipelines, including forensic watermarking and AI Act-compliant content provenance labelling. On the business side the company is represented by Michał Pronobis-Proński, its Business Lead, who spent more than a quarter of a century on the client side at IKEA Poland, responsible for brand positioning and communication platforms. At the festival cAIsting.ai sponsored the panel The Human Face of Artificial Intelligence, an hour in the GLITCH room on working with human likeness in AI production, legally and safely, with Pronobis-Proński, Klimkiewicz and Tomek Okulicz of AIVisioLab.
