Everyone is investing in AI. What is one human being worth today?
Everyone is putting money into artificial intelligence and into data centres. That is where the big money goes.
So we are asking the other question: does investing in a human being still make sense? Or is that the past, and the future belongs to technology alone? We are not arriving with an answer.
We put it openly to Cezary Broda, chief executive of Brink Bev S.A. and the man behind Brainer, the first functional drink of its kind on the market; Ludwik Sobolewski, former president of the Warsaw Stock Exchange; Marcin Grabarczyk, director for AI deployment at NASK; and Jarosław Grzywiński, Head of Capital Markets at Business Centre Club.

CEO and Managing Director of the Brainer brand. For sixteen years he led sales and marketing divisions in the FMCG sector, at companies such as Red Bull and Carlsberg, owning the HoReCa channel from festivals to export. He builds short and long term strategies and effective sales teams, and as an internal trainer he teaches sales, negotiation and creative processes. A leadership and transformation coach, at the festival he looks at AI from the business side: what the new wave of creators means for brands.
Jaroslaw Grzywinski

The former CEO of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and Cybersecurity State Agency NASK, member of the Board of Directors at Aquis Exchange in London. He is a recipient of the prestigious AS Bankier Award for his contribution to market transparency and the development of Poland's financial sector. He currently serves as Head of Capital Markets at the Business Centre Club, where he leads strategic initiatives supporting innovation, technology financing, and the advancement of modern market infrastructure.
Ludwik Sobolewski

President of the management board of Better Europe EuSEF ASI, an alternative investment company registered with the Polish financial supervisor in 2024. He ran the Warsaw Stock Exchange for seven years and then the Bucharest Stock Exchange for four, and earlier he was a vice-president of Poland's central securities depository and a department director at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. A doctor of law and a practising advocate, a graduate of the Jagiellonian University law faculty with doctoral studies in Paris, he is a partner at the SKDG law firm and a co-founder of QualiaAdVisory.
Marcin Grabarczyk

A doctor of engineering from Warsaw University of Technology and director of AI deployment at NASK, the state institute responsible for the security of Poland's internet, where he previously ran technology transfer with a team of over fifty architects, auditors and penetration testers. Vice-chair of the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications, he represents it in the European Commission's cybersecurity certification group.
