Warsaw Maxxing
Warsaw Maxxing is an independent English-language publication about Warsaw, written for people who want the city explained rather than listed. It stands on four pillars: After Dark for nightlife and the culture of the small hours, Eating and Drinking for places that have a reason to exist, Building for the architecture and development reshaping the city, and The Mindset for essays on what Warsaw is becoming. It promises specific recommendations earned by going back to the same places, not roundups written for the algorithm. Its own line: Warsaw is the West's last unwritten city, so it writes it down. The site also presents Warsaw Maxxing, shortened to W/M, as a private Warsaw community open by invitation only, under the line Good people. Same city. The idea is a small corner of Warsaw for meeting people, making plans and actually showing up: coffee with someone new, a walk along the river, an evening building something together. Members host small gatherings, save a spot and keep the conversation going before and after, and every invitation is personal and can be used once. The community is organised around the districts of Śródmieście, Mokotów, Praga, Żoliborz and Wola, under the motto Small circles. Real connections.
