Pratum Apartamenty

Pratum builds intimate developments of low-rise apartment buildings in Masuria: in Mikolajki, above the clear water of Lake Talty, and in Mragowo, some 220 km from Warsaw. Modern architecture with natural finishes, glass, wood, ceramics and stone. Apartments can be bought to live in or as an investment, with the apartment entrusted to a professional short-term rental operator. In Mikolajki the estate is planned in four stages, with buildings of two to five floors and between 47 and 66 apartments each, from one to five rooms and from about 26 to 137 square metres. The architecture was designed with the Dżus GK Architekci studio, which has repeatedly designed in the Warmia and Masuria region. The investment looks onto the lake and has a marina with access to the Great Masurian Lakes Trail, and it plans a wellness zone with a pool, sauna and gym, public electric vehicle charging stations and a restaurant with local cuisine. The buildings have green roofs meant to blend them into the Masurian landscape, and the company describes its idea of luxury as simplicity inspired by local nature, minimalism and the comfort of well-considered solutions.
