Saibā Riot is an original cyberpunk anime series in development. A vertical megalopolis where power has taken over every level of life: politics, media, surveillance, the underground, tech, big companies, healthcare. Three women carry a secret they don't yet understand about their own nature, guided by fragments of a hidden intelligence toward a plan decades in the making. At the edge of the same city, a quieter resistance grows in parallel, building sustainable, low-tech systems instead of only fighting the ones in power.
