Synopsis
Pa Noi cooks for the ghosts who come back once a year to taste the dishes they loved. She knows every order, and none of them have to ask.
When her granddaughter takes over the stall she has a single night to learn all of it: the recipes, the sequence, and which spirit takes no coriander, before the market shuts and the year turns over.
