A manager and producer, former CEO of Platige Image, Poland's leading animation studio and the maker of game trailers for Call of Duty, The Witcher and Warhammer. He was executive producer on seasons two and four of Netflix's The Witcher. Earlier he sat on the board of WSiP, Poland's largest educational publisher, responsible for strategy and multimedia product development, and worked as a stockbroker. He is an experienced supervisory board member at leading Polish companies and a mentor to startups.

President of the board of ATM Studio, a film and television production centre in Warsaw and one of the largest in Poland, which he has run for seventeen years. Before that he spent nine years at Telewizja Polska, the public broadcaster, heading the technology and film production department of its Film Agency. More than a quarter of a century on the side of the industry that rarely gets talked about on stage: the stages, the technology and the people who have to make it all work.

Director of Polsat Café, the thematic channel of Telewizja Polsat aimed mainly at women. She has run it since it went on air on 6 October 2008 in place of Polsat Zdrowie i Uroda, and answers for the schedule and for the channel's growth inside the Polsat group. Polsat Café plays the lifestyle market against TVN Style, BBC Lifestyle and TLC, reaches viewers through Polsat Box, Canal+ and cable, and has broadcast in HD only since 2016. The schedule mixes Polish and foreign programming, and the channel took its present logo in April 2020. Her seat is on the side of the business that decides what gets commissioned and what goes on air, which is the question this festival keeps asking about work made with new tools.

Polish film director, AI systems architect, and founder and artistic director of the Warsaw Glitch festival. A graduate of film directing, American studies and machine learning, and a former journalist and war correspondent, he brings nearly twenty years across film, television and games, including a feature documentary for Riot Games with over 3.1 million views. A multi-award-winning AI filmmaker, his films have screened twice at Cannes and won at festivals in Seoul, Bangkok, Los Angeles, New York and Portland. He is a board advisor and equity partner at Popcorn.co.
