Oscar Burgos

VFX Supervisor · Director

Character and creature animator with around sixteen years of experience, credited across major studio blockbusters. He worked in the animation department on Marvel's Avengers: Infinity War and The Suicide Squad, contributed to Tom and Jerry and Dolittle, and served as a lead animation artist at MPC on Disney's Mufasa: The Lion King. His recent work includes visual effects for Predator: Badlands at Framestore. His craft centres on bringing digital characters and creatures to life for photoreal feature films.

Mariusz Polec

CEO · Founder · Poland

CEO and founder of casting.studio, a next-generation app for the creative industry that pairs agents' work with AI and gathers a community of over twenty thousand actors, influencers and content creators. For years he has been joining casting with technology: building tools for data-driven casting, likeness licensing and generative acting techniques, from live action to motion control, opening a new way for creators and brands to work with talent. He has run castings for global brands such as Netflix, Disney, HBO, Mercedes, McDonald's, Apple and BMW.

Thomas R. Carrington

Director · Founder

Director and co-founder of James Drake Media, a UK video production studio combining AI-driven workflows with traditional filming and post-production. An art director, AI specialist and content creator, he began his career in broadcast design, working with Sky, the BBC and ITV between 2004 and 2018, where he developed a belief that design is the most powerful form of communication. Today he leads his team in producing content for broadcast, corporate, events and advertising. He studied at the Istituto Europeo di Design.
