Lawyer and cultural studies scholar, an expert on artificial intelligence regulation and public policy, and the author of research and articles on the digital economy. He sits on subgroup panels of the European Artificial Intelligence Board, on the Council of Europe's Steering Committee for New and Emerging Digital Technologies, and on the steering committee of the INFOSTRATEG programme at Poland's National Centre for Research and Development. He previously sat on the steering committee of the OECD's Global Partnership on AI and has worked with the Panoptykon Foundation, the IDEAS Institute and OKO.press.

An AI and digital innovation consultant at Grant Thornton Digital (EDISONDA), where he works on AI strategy and business design: defining objectives, KPIs and transformation roadmaps, running ethnographic research, mapping processes and assessing how ready an organisation actually is, compliance with the AI Act included. Since 2023 he has led cooperation and community projects at BIELIK.AI, the Polish large language model built inside the SpeakLeash initiative. He has spoken at ABSL, Polish LLMs, SPIN and the Poznań Economic Congress.

Entrepreneur, filmmaker and educator working at the intersection of AI, storytelling and culture. He is co-founder and Head of AI at the hybrid studio Fantastic Day and co-founder of Machine Cinema, the generative-AI filmmaking community where he runs the GenJam workshops. He was on the founding team of Vietcetera, a leading Vietnamese digital media platform that grew past twenty million monthly users, and earlier served as an executive director at Vertex Venture Holdings and editor-in-chief of Tech in Asia, interviewing leaders across the technology world.
