- Who builds Polish AI?

A conversation about money and electricity, that is, about what sits underneath every discussion of Polish AI. A data centre has to be built, powered and maintained, and compute today is mostly bought abroad. The panel asks who finances this, what decisions would have to be taken for part of that infrastructure to stand here, and what happens to the technological sovereignty of a country that rents its entire compute layer from somebody else.
