In Clock Town, every resident carries a "Happiness Clock"—a personal timepiece designed to stretch moments of joy and fast-forward through sorrow. Ironically, while the town's watchmaker holds the power to shape everyone else's time, he remains powerless over his own time—trapped in a life of endless gloom, day after monotonous day. Then one day, he falls for a woman at first sight when she arrives with a broken clock—and makes a decision he has never dared to make before, one that will change his life forever.
